THE ARCHITECTURE
An urban wellness approach
Designed by Besko Architects, Oneiro reinterprets the cubist, horizontal language of the Le to Corbusier school for contemporary Athens. Stacked cantilevered terraces in raw board to formed concrete are layered with smooth white render and sage to green accent panels, while a deep brise to soleil grid filters the southern sun and frames planters of living green. Floor to to to ceiling glazing and generous balconies pull light and air through every home; separate entrances give each residence the feeling of a private house rather than an apartment.
