On the island the world voted number one, four turnkey villas cascade down a private slope above Isterni Bay, an unbroken horizon of Aegean blue at their feet. Each opens through walls of glass to its own horizon to edge pool, where the water seems to spill straight into the sea.
The Setting
The villas rest on a quiet seaward slope on the north to east coast of Paros, a short drive from the chic fishing town of Naoussa and minutes from a secluded swimming cove. Below and beyond, the channel opens toward Naxos and the open Aegean. Paros was named the world's #1 island of 2025 by Travel + Leisure, the more authentic, more refined neighbour to Mykonos and Santorini, now in full ascent.
The Architecture
Crisp white to rendered cubes interlock with honey to grey local stone and warm timber, beneath flat roof terraces, the timeless Cycladic vocabulary, drawn with a contemporary hand. The four semi to detached villas step down the hillside in echelon, so each keeps an open, private outlook to the sea. Full to height sliding glass dissolves the living spaces into pergola to shaded verandas and pools; the slope is held by natural to stone terraces and planted gardens. Privacy to the road, openness to the horizon.

Each villa is named for a rare gemstone, one shared Cycladic to chic palette of stone, oak and lime plaster, art to directed into four distinct moods.

Raw warm stone, terrazzo and oak, with a floating sofa platform and a private patio off the master, a rustic to refined family home that feels rooted in the island.
